i thought the staff was pretty friendly and helpful. the breakfast really had diverse options for everyone. facilities included a gym, spa, kids' park, playground, and pool and they all have excellent quality.

the room had a slightly damp smell, probably caused by the ac.

I stayed in a roxity FAMILY suite. It featured ample space for everyone. The hotel had a fantastic pool area. My kids really enjoyed the water slides.

excessive crowd slow service

the hotel was excessively crowded, especially near the pool. finding a quiet place was difficult. service was slow sometimes because of all the guests. i hoped for a more relaxed atmosphere though the location is ideal.
